Hi Marlaina,
I just wanted to say that I am a regular reader of your blog, and that I agree with you 100% regarding everything you said in your post. I guess when it comes to which organization I support, I'd say i fall somewhere in the middle, with a slight tendancy to lean towards the ACB. I am all for the accessible currency case, and I've written to every member of congress expressing my views on the subjects you discussed. As a high school student who is graduating this year and heading off to college next fall, I personally think that being able to indentify my bills independently would be a wonderful thing. I understand that this process may take some time, but I'm willing to wait it out. For now I'm content to sit back and see which direction the case goes in, and advocate for blind people in a tactful and simple way when I can. I've recently just discovered how useful and beneficial self-advocacy can be, and if you know how to go about it in the right ways you can really get things done.
