Hi Marlaina, it's lindsay y. This week was definitely crazy. We lost power last Thursday and it was just restored today (the following Thursday). Luckily my family and I were able to stay with my grandparents )They also lost power but regained it much earlier than us.). We were initially using our generator but, after being notified of blue fumes issuing from the exhaust, we decided to turn it off--it was great while it lasted though. I don't think I'd ever previously seen the grocery stores in the condition which you mentioned. It's too bad they had to throw away so much food. Well, anyway, I'd have to say that the only thing I found more difficult than losing power was suffering from a week of Internet withdrawal (Yes, that's pathetic, I know) and was thrilled today when everything returned to normal, as I'm sure you were as well.
